I paid but the app still shows the free limit

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account you used to buy.
2. Open the app, then close it completely and open it again.
3. In the Play Store, go to Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history and check the purchase is listed.

Still stuck? Email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Within 48 hours of buying you can request a refund directly from Google Play. After that, email us your order number and we will help.

How do I undo the changes?

Open the app and tap Revert Changes on the home screen. This restores numbers from the backup the app made before updating.

My contacts still don't show in WhatsApp

After updating, open WhatsApp, start a new chat, tap the ⋮ menu and choose Refresh. See our full guide: WhatsApp contacts not showing after moving abroad.

What is a trunk code?

It's the extra digit, usually 0, that you dial before a number inside your own country but drop when you add the country code. Read What is a trunk code?

Some contacts were not changed

The app only updates numbers that match your filter (starting digits and length). Open Pending Contacts to see the remaining numbers grouped by how they start, and update each group.
